In my last post I stated that it seemed like the time we were in Idaho, Utah, and Oregon was meant to be. During my time there I was able to go to my best friends photography show, something I would not have been able to do if we went during our original time. I was also able to see my only cousin on my dad's side of the family graduate from high school as Valedictorian! I was also able to see several of my family members and good friends. I was able to attend one of my friend's bridal showers, and I remember thinking while sitting at the party, laughing and having a good time, "The Lord knew I needed this." I needed to say good goodbyes. Now that I am in Japan, it is becoming clear to me that traveling back home will not be cheap, nor will it be easy. I didn't realize that a few weeks ago when I was nonchalantly telling people that I intend to visit frequently. It may be a while before I am able to visit again, and it makes me so much more grateful I was able to have a wonderful visit. I wasn't able to get pictures with everyone, but whether you are pictured here or not, I loved being able to see you and visit with you! It was a blessing and a gift that I cherish.
Thank you for letting us stay with you Kneika! We had such a great time.
Going to my bestie's photography show, which was so awesome. It's neat meeting up with people you made dreams with and seeing them become a reality.
Me with my babe, and my Bestest with her babe.
Love you Jules! Isn't this picture the greatest with Ely picking her nose?

My Aunt Janeil
Ely has so many positive role models in her life already! I'm so grateful she has Sierra to look up to!
Sometimes, Idaho can be really beautiful. The rainbow after Sierra's graduation
And the Sunset
When my Grandma and I went to leave my Aunt Janeil's house the next morning, we saw a momma deer and her baby who I'm guessing was just born. He could barely walk and was so tiny! I kept my distance because the momma deer was so nervous. He is hiding in the bush in the lower left hand corner!
